We are looking for an experienced leader to take responsibility for the development and management of the technical department in Poland. If you want to have a real impact on large-scale projects, build a team, implement modern electrotechnical solutions, and co-create the company’s development strategy – this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for the technical department in Poland: projects, installations, automation, PV, audits, modernizations.
Planning and supervision of electrical, photovoltaic, and building automation projects in the industrial and logistics sectors.
Collaboration with the sales department, technical budgeting, preparing offers, calculations, and schedules.
Ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with Polish and EU norms (e.g., IEC, PN-EN).
Building and leading a technical team (designers, installers, service technicians).
Participation in developing the company's strategy for the Polish market, supporting technical marketing, and generating references.

Requirements:

Higher technical education (electronics, electrical engineering, automation) or similar.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a technical or managerial position in the electrical/automation industry.
Experience in industrial, photovoltaic, or building automation projects will be a significant asset.
Knowledge of Polish norms, regulations, and installation practices.
Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
Ability to plan, budget, and manage teams and projects.
Category B driving license.
