I. General Provisions

  • Service Provider – the company "KKS Polska sp.z o.o" with its registered office at: ul. Parkowa 4B, 44-362 Rogów, NIP: 6472601804,
  • Service User – any natural person accessing the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.
  • Electronic Communication – Communication between parties via email and contact forms available on the website.

II. General Provisions

  • The Terms and Conditions define the rules for the operation and use of the Service, and specify the scope of rights and obligations of Service Users and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
  • The Service Provider's services consist of providing free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Users access to content such as posts, articles, and audiovisual materials, or web applications and electronic forms.
  • Any content, articles, and information containing features of guidelines or advice published on the Service are merely a general collection of information and are not directed at individual Service Users. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Service Users.

III. Conditions of Service Use

  • Service Users are obliged to familiarize themselves with the Terms and Conditions and other documents forming an integral part thereof, and must fully accept its provisions in order to continue using the Service.

  • Actions performed personally by Service Users or using software are prohibited:

    • without written consent, causing excessive load on the Service's server,
    • without written consent, attempting to detect vulnerabilities in the Service's security and server configuration,
    • attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, and software onto the server and into the database that could harm the Service's software, other Service Users, or the Service Provider,
    • attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, and software onto the server and into the database that could track or steal data of Service Users or the Service Provider,
    • undertaking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service, or preventing the fulfillment of the Service's purpose.
  • In the event of detecting an actual or potential Cybersecurity incident or GDPR violation, Service Users should first report this fact to the Service Provider to quickly resolve the issue/threat and protect the interests of all Service Users of the Service.

IV. Conditions for Communication and Provision of Other Services on the Service

  • The Service provides services and tools enabling Service Users to interact with the Service in the form of:

  • In the event of a Service User contacting the Service Provider, the personal data of Service Users will be processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy", which forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

V. Collection of Service User Data

To ensure the proper provision of services by the Service, to protect the legal interests of the Service Provider, and to ensure the Service's compliance with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain User data through the Service.

For the proper provision of services, the Service uses and stores certain anonymous information about the Service User in cookies.

The scope, purposes, methods, and principles of data processing are available in the appendices to the Terms and Conditions: "GDPR Information Obligation" and in the "Privacy Policy", which form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

    The above data is obtained via the Google Analytics script and is anonymous.

VI. Copyright

  • The Service Provider is the owner of the Service and the copyright to the service.
  • Some of the data published on the Service is protected by copyrights belonging to companies, institutions, and third parties, not affiliated in any way with the Service Provider, and is used based on obtained licenses or free licenses.
  • Based on the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, or store in search systems, with the exception of Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn search engines, any articles, descriptions, photos, and all other content, graphic, video, or audio materials found on the Service without the written consent or consent provided via Electronic Communication from their legal owner.
  • In accordance with the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright, simple press information, understood as information itself without commentary or author's evaluation, is not subject to protection. The author understands this as the possibility of using information from texts published on the service, but not copying entire or parts of articles unless otherwise indicated in the specific material provided on the Service.

VII. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

  • All provisions of the Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally amended by the Service Provider at any time, without stating reasons.
  • Amendments to the Terms and Conditions come into effect immediately upon their publication.
  • It is understood that any Service User who continues to use the Service after an amendment to the Terms and Conditions accepts them in their entirety.

VIII. Final Provisions

  • The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the Service's offerings are provided continuously. However, it bears no responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Service Users, third parties, or the activities of external automated programs.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information placed on the Service at a time chosen by the Service Provider, without prior notification to Service Users utilizing the Service's offerings.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely, or partially disable the Service for the purpose of improvement, adding services, or performing maintenance, without prior notice to Service Users.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service without prior notice to Service Users.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in whole or in part, any of its rights and obligations related to the Service, without the consent or possibility of objection from Service Users.
