  • Service User – any natural person accessing the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.
  • Electronic Communication – Communication between parties via email and contact forms available on the website.

II. General Provisions

  • The Terms and Conditions define the rules for the operation and use of the Service, and specify the scope of rights and obligations of Service Users and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
  • The Service Provider's services consist of providing free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Users access to content such as posts, articles, and audiovisual materials, or web applications and electronic forms.

    • attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, and software onto the server and into the database that could harm the Service's software, other Service Users, or the Service Provider,

    • undertaking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service, or preventing the fulfillment of the Service's purpose.
  • In the event of detecting an actual or potential Cybersecurity incident or GDPR violation, Service Users should first report this fact to the Service Provider to quickly resolve the issue/threat and protect the interests of all Service Users of the Service.

IV. Conditions for Communication and Provision of Other Services on the Service

  • The Service provides services and tools enabling Service Users to interact with the Service in the form of:

To ensure the proper provision of services by the Service, to protect the legal interests of the Service Provider, and to ensure the Service's compliance with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain User data through the Service.

  • In accordance with the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright, simple press information, understood as information itself without commentary or author's evaluation, is not subject to protection. VII. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

However, it bears no responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Service Users, third parties, or the activities of external automated programs.

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely, or partially disable the Service for the purpose of improvement, adding services, or performing maintenance, without prior notice to Service Users.

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to assign, in whole or in part, any of its rights and obligations related to the Service, without the consent or possibility of objection from Service Users.
